I prefer "real" turkey that isn't overcooked or undercooked. Forget the deepfrying. Ham is a nice addition to a turkey dinner, especially if someone dries out the turkey. Forget the tofu. I believe my grandma used to bring ham and goose for christmas. I miss grandma and her cookies sorta with the exception of the ocassional shell....grrrr. Hold the pumpkin pie cuz it gives me gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas.

Personally I like Turkey on both holidays. Coming from a poor family as a kid and seeing Turkeys Dinners in magazines back then must have implanted the wants of dinners like those and I've had them since I first got married and could afford them every year. Turkey is my bag of tea and will always be.
