Are you older or younger than a 6th grader ?
If you are younger than a 6th grader, then you are advanced in your comprehension! You may not have the experience or the hormonal changes which influence Jr high kids.
Depending on how young you are, you may not be accepted by older kids because you may make them feel like they are "dumb"
You should be proud of yourself for being ahead and hopefully you have friends, like you, who are also real bright!
If you are older than 6th grade but only read at 6th grade, hopefuly you do have life experience to help you and so you will actually think higher than 6th grader.

That is different. Intellectual and social development often go hand in hand but not always.
