Not really a movie, but when I get the blahhh's I pop in H.R.Pufnstuff. Not sure if you're familiar with it, but I grew up on it. It has the dragon called Puff and he's the mayor of living island and rescues jimmy and his magic flute. I know it sounds corny and childish but it just gives me smiles in my heart.
