List all the games you know that are similar (or better...if that's even possible) to runescape, but no downloads. I'm not even sure the game exists. List away please. : )

there is always a down load, even as a cookies or java
.... i play rps with my friend via chat room, (no download just words)

As Henry said you can roleplay. But there aren't really many games out like Runescape that are actual games but run on java. Java isn't the best way to make a game which is why most games require a download. That is also why most/all games that require downloading are better than runescape. There are also some text based games you can play but really nothing else.
