Audition. Thirty or fourty minutes of kinda mind numbing start that lulls you into thinking your watching the wrong movie and then the weirdness starts for a while and then the last 15 to 20 minutes are just gut twistingly painful and horrible. Also, Goku by the same director, the infamous Takashi Miike which is will really mess up your head. It has to be seen to be believed, description here wouldn't do it justice.

The movie that really made me think was American History X because it showed how sad this country really is when there are people out there who kill others simply because they don't like their skin color and how hate runs their lives
The movie that really messed with me was the 1968 version of The Night of the Living Dead---The idea of dead people coming out of their graves and eating living people scared me and in that one scene where the truck blew up and killed those people then the zombies ate their remains Well to this day after 15 years of first watching that movie I wont eat chicken legs and I wont be near a cemetery after dusk

"The Reflecting Skin" was kind of scary, very creepy, and one of the most disturbing movies I have ever seen. About a young boy from a seriously dysfunctional family, a serial killer/killers preying on the community--and the boy's friends, a woman the boys suspect of being a vampire and many other unsettling elements. Not a movie I really enjoyed watching, and it definitely messed up my head, but I can't forget it.

American History X is a movie that really makes you think. It was very hard to watch. It scared me because I know people who think and feel the same thing the skinheads do in the movie, and it wouldn't take much to spark their anger and hatred.

the original All the Kings Men i saw this movie when i was young on TV and the scene were the children are going down the stairs and the stairs collapsed really upset me. i was afraid to go down the fire stairs at school when we had fire drills after that.
the movie On the Beach really makes you think about what could happen to the world because of nuclear weapons.

Kiss the Girls with Ashley Judd and my main man Morgan Freeman. Stuff like that, things that can really happen scare me. I was scared to death and had to call my roommate and tell her to open the door, turn the outside light on and watch out for me! Whoa....
