the mall!!! and sometimes you can look on your favorite stores websites and find really cute clothes on clearance. way cheaper and easier than searching on the clearance racks.

There isn't really a specific place to shop for clothes. First you need to think about your size and style. If you are a "penny pincher" like me, then go for the stores that have the clearance sell signs. Lots of different styles of clothes fit me different. It is just whatever you prefer.

As mentioned above, the internet is the best place. I personally use http://products.simplysearch4it.com as you can find the clothes that you want by searching for them and then easily compare the prices for the clothes so that you can find the cheapest prices for the clothes that you want.

I don't know if it is the best site though, it is just one that I am familliar with and use regularly.

Jcpenny's cause there clothes are always on sale and have really great deals. Always have coupons and store events going on which saves you more and when you apply for the jcpenny credit card you save 10% off all your purchases all day.

I like oldnavy gap new yourk and learner and aeropostale... but it tepends on your style... i also shop and stores that have club cloths cause i go out alot (it's fashion) has cheap cut ecloths also.
