The one that service the areas you are most likely to be. If you stick to the highways, Sprint. If you frequent cities, Nextel. If you travel in rural areas, Alltel. I have no experience with Verizon or Cingular, so I can't help with those.
Just go to the websites and look at the coverage maps that they have. Good Luck!

It also depends on what phone you go with. But, I had found that Alltel was the most reasonable with phone availability and price. Also, I found that with cingular they could not offer me the phone I wanted. I went with the phone Motorola E815. My husband loves it because with his phone he could have reception in some dead areas where cingular would not. He has buddys that carry cingular and they are constantly having to go outside the building just to keep from having drop calls.
