Yes, I think it should be allowed as long as the child is encouraged to find out about their birth culture. The child should be taught about their birth country. If the adoption will give the child a better and longer life expectancy then yes. That said, if it were possible to provide the same amount of care and financial aid for the child to remain with family, this would be a better option.

if that child will still be around their heritage then yes - im 26 and have no children though i want them badly i may not be able to have kids - i come from an urban community - the men i have dated have always been black or bi racial, 99% of my friends are black or bi racial, i have biracial people in my family, to me it would make more sense to adopt a bi racial baby just because of who i am - how i am- in my heart i feel a bi racial baby would be what i would have naturally so in my case yes- i dont know about other situations - madonna has money to fly her child she adopted back and forth to where he came from - i wonder will he appreciate her for what we consider a better life or will he hate her from not being around his own bloodline- culture - i probably didnt really answer your question huh? sorry -

i develop into followed the international over; my delivery united states of america put in regulations that inspired my mom and father to desert me because I wasn't male then did not pay for the well being care i necessary because they did not grant prenatal recommendations. My mom and father raised me with as a lot Asian custom as they could, even sending me to afterschool language instructions. China do not have a stat faith, yet they did practice me about Taoism and Buddhism alongside with the different faith (one determine's an atheist, the different's a average Jew, i'm Jewish with reliable Taoist impacts). I extremely have 2 names, chinese language and white, I chosen to apply the "white" (extremely Jewish) one yet were given stuck with a nickname regardless. lots of the international places the position babies are followed into the West are overpopulated. The chinese language gained't bypass extinct any time quickly. people are so much better alike than they're similar.

I think it depends on how old the child is. If they're too old it may be unfair to expect them to adapt to an entirely new culture. Like converting them to a completely alien lifestyle.
