sickness,breast tenderness,mildheadaces, blowting,food cravings,mood swings,sleeping alot,i felt this way once before and the doctor said it was hormones but this time as a mother of a 4 year old i have the feeling inside that i am i need to know but i dont want to set my self up to look stupid again!and i feel like a hpt just isnt going to tell me it needs to be a blood test because what else would make me feel this way ?

If you're pregnant, an HPT will tell you. Take one. I don't know if you are pregnant or not. Neither does anyone here.

Anything's possible. My best friend's youngest brother (youngest of five kids) was conceived post-vasectomy and tube-tie (the tubes being tied was done improperly, and there wasn't enough waiting time after the vasectomy.)
If you are, a home pregnancy test should tell you. If you're pregnant, you would have the hormones just like anyone else.
Get tested. Maybe you're just worrying your period away.

sounds like pms too. its not impossible but not probable.
there have been known cases tho.
they have a high risk of ectopic pregnancy too.
especially if you've had it done for some years. if they're not burnt, it's possible.

Yes you can. My friends had fraternal twins after having a tubal, they are not 100% effective.
