Football.
I love baseball as well, but football truly is the thinking man's sport. Defenses are set up to try to stop the offense. Offenses are set up with a number of plays that involve intricate blocking patterns in order to make yardage and eventually go all the way to the opponent's end zone & yet a great athlete on defense can sometimes cause the offense to get out of its blocking pattern. However, a great offensive player can sometimes figure out how to get around that & make a positive play anyway. All eleven players are involved in each play.
The only part of baseball that's so interesting is the one-on-one duel between the pitcher and the batter, while a lot of players stand around waiting for something to happen in their part of the field -which makes it not as good as football.

Definitely football. The action is fast and furious and the story unfolds in 100 curious ways. Each play can end being anything but what the quarterback expected. The game changes instantly. Both sides on the field can score. Points come in many ways. WOW!! Its like the worlds greatest chess game come alive. I'm sorry if I got carried away but comparatively speaking watching baseball is like watching golf or watching paint dry.
