Yes, not only Hispanic countries, but several countries around the world have royalty. BUT the fact is that the only country that has a real, honest-to-goodness, old-fashioned, class A royalty is the UK. The others are decidedly second rate compared to the "real deal" the UK has.

About 23 have reigning monarchies and another 10 or so Commonwealth countries use the British Queen as head of state, but there are many other countries that still 'have royalty' - they simply no longer rule. The would-be king of Italy has been arrested for pimping and other crimes.

Britain, the Scandinavian countries, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Arab Countries, Lesotho, Swaziland and Kwazulu (though I don't understand how it comes to practise, since the homelands in South Africa lost their independence in 1994). The exiled king Peter of Yugoslavia lost him power, since Churchill (an ally dumper who is considered, for some reason, by some people as a grate man) decided to betray Gen. Mihailovic and help Tito take over. Other kings in Eastern European countries which turned Communist lost their power as well.

And many of the British Commonwealth Countries still have Her Majesty as the Queen of their country; e.g., at least until the government gets their way .... Her Majesty is Queen of Canada.
Some which have chosen to not have monarchies do still recognize Her Majesty as the Head of the Commonwealth.
