Have you tried a body pillow? I woukd also suggest Tylenol :) Maybe some moderate exercise and stretching on a regular basis. Try paying attention to your posture also.

Take an empty drink bottle, fill it up and put in freezer (make it 2)
Lay on it where u hurt for 20 min. or more.
Best thing for pain.
U can try hot water after that in the bottles .
Hope u get some relief.
If all fails, sleep in a sleepin bag at night.

Tell me about it! Tylenol 4x daily, plus when you get into bed, use the heating pad for 15 minutes...do the same when you wake up to pee, and again when you wake up before you get out of bed...I didn't think it would help, but it certainly did!! (Go out and buy a heating pad with a timer)

Boy do I ever remember the back pain - I still have it sometimes from where I had the epidural!

The only thing that helped me when I was pregnant was regular massages. Try to find a registered massage therapist that specializes in pregnancy. They have body pillows available to use and know exactly what to massage and what to avoid.

Have someone (husband will work) take a tennis ball and rub it on your back. If that doesn't work take an old tube sock, fill it with rice and slightly heat it up in the microwave. Then put it on you back area. This is what they did for me in the hospital.

Are you sure you're not having labor pains?

How far are you? It could be growing breasts or if you are sporting a belly your body frame is adjusting to the extra weight. trust me I know I am 35 weeks and I ache everywhere. good luck
