Im 6 weeks an 2 days pregnant. I have a really bad tooth ach actually Im pretty sure it needs to be pulled, but can the dentist pull your tooth even though Im pregnant?

I think they can probably do just about anything by now. My mom had a cavity (not even a toothache) decades ago, and the dentist said all he could do was to pull it. That was a barbaric and ignorant solution. Talk with a dentist, because if you have a tooth pulled then you'll have to deal with it for the rest of your life. With proper shielding, there isn't even a reason you can't be x-rayed.

It's extremely important to see the dentist regularly when you are pregnant. Hormones in your body at this time can create problems in your mouth. Go see your dentist tomorrow!

You'll be fine as long as you aren't X-rayed. However consult your dentist.
