Shiny and Beautiful Skin Tips
Most of us are gifted with beautiful skin but are not careful in preserving its original texture. Therefore during the climatic changes the tone of the skin changes and turns rough. If you regularly provide nutrition to the skin it is likely to remain glowing.
The food we consume also has a bearing on the way our skin looks. Foods containing greasy, oily and fatty substances make the oil glands overactive and therefore we are more likely to face various skin problems. Water is a very good as it cleanses the skin pores. It fights against all the toxins in the body. Therefore it is necessary to consume 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Besides, scheduling an exercise program everyday is very good. The excessive oily substances are drained from your body through the sweat that is produced when you exercise. The workouts also relieve you from all types of stress that reflect on your face
directly.
Take care of your skin by applying the proper type of lotions or creams. Do not use the products that contain strong chemicals as it could ruin your skin. Do not smoke because it directly affects your skin and speeds up your ageing process.

I use Noxema wipes on my acne every night. Also for really bad acne, put toothpaste on it overnight. For under eye circles (I have huge them) a great trick is to soak some cooton balls in a little milk and put them on your eyes for a few minutes, and it will reduce the puffiness a lot. Another great way to clean your pores is to steam your face. Boil some water, put it in a big bowl put your face over it, and a towel over your head, don't stay too long though. Take liitle breks between each steam. Your face will look red after, but after a few hours, it will be beautiful.

Make sure to wash your face everynight...that way your pores won't get clogged from dirt and oil. Use a good toner after you wash your face (for sensitive skin). Murad makes a great acne exfoliating gel that works wonders...pricey but you can find it on ebay much cheaper. Change your pillowcase everyday to avoid oil buildup from your hair (we don't realize how often we sleep with our face buried into our pillows at night). Drink plenty of water to keep dark circles away (sometimes a sign of dehydration) and of course get plenty of sleep. If none of that works....and acne is severe, I would make an apt with a good dermotologist.

Aveeno Positiveky Radiant does all of the above. It comes in a foam but it can also come through pads(which i like). The pads have a bumnpy side to exfoliate and a soft side to make you skin soft :-D

Plastic surgery is the key. First of all, you'll need the money. An easy way to get your hands on that is to become a prostitute. So load up on the cash, and then head to the surgeon. You'll want to get botox, lip injections, breast implants, tummy tuck, butt lift, liposuction, hair extensions, and a full body wax (real women don't have ANY body hair).
