Sometimes someone can flirt and not know that they are doing it. the question should be "Do you have a crush on this kid???" because this would mean that you could be flirting with him. Just wait it out and try to not "Flirt" with the kid for a while. Also ask your friend if there are any other reasons why she thinks that you like him. Remember flirting can come in many forms so be careful.

Dude, I laugh at ALL boy's jokes, they're just funny human beings.
Tell her to back off. Laughing is a common tool of flirting, but it doesn't mean that when you laugh at a boy you're flirting, it just means that you think what he said was funny. I seriously laugh at most boys often, and I don't like any of them.

um thats nuthin .... my friend goes out with this dude that is kinda ... not wierd but not many ppl at my school would date ... and since it just happens that he ends up sitting near at breakfest( i have almost all mty classes wit him and she doesnt) and since he is my friend she thinks that i like him and im trying to steal him and a couple of weeks ago our coach ( 25 yrs. old... and immature) started an argument between me and my friend
" jane" that i want to steal her gf and that i kissed him and blah blah ... but he stopped it and said i didnt do it but is lasted for a good 5min....
and she STILL thinks i want to steal him ( and he is as ugly as hell... just my friend)

some times girls are crazy I should know im the same way with my fiance I think everyone wants him..lol...tell her the truth that either you do want him or your just being a friend and would never do that to her..lol
