well, if possible, I spend time with the most wonderful man on earth. He has a way of making all the problems kind of melt away. If that is not possible, I either keep myself busy so I won't dwell on things, or I take a hot bath and get a drink, or I read a book I've read about a million times (that way I don't have to concentrate too hard) or I paint.
Or watch a sad movie and cry real hard. :-)

1. Exercise is one way that helps many people to deal with stress.
2. Figure out the cause of the stress and do what you can to eliminate it.
3. Most stress is unnecessary. In the grand scheme of things, is the thing that is causing your stress all that important? When you look back some years from now, you will be disappointed that you let it bother you.
Stress is what you make it.
Don't worry, be happy. :)

I go into my cave (as explained in the book "Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus") Any time I'm under a great deal of stress or I have a big issue to sort out - I withdraw from conversations, company etc and am very withdrawn until I sort thru it. It can take weeks sometimes.

play the piano, listen to music. Usually doing productive things are the best way to realieve stress. Going to the gym works well for me.

Depends on what kind of stress.
Work related - go for a run
Relationship - Eat loads of chocolate and watch a movie(sad)
Friends - Phone someone else I know and have a nice chat
Running works the best though!!!

I cry. I sleep alot. I am totally depressed almost all of the time. I had a very dear friend of mine commit suicide and it is has been very hard for me to take. He was only 24.
