If we need people to do the work we don't want to do- Surely they must have somewhere to go to at night and rest? Otherwise they won't be able to do the work we don't want to do. I am 15.

That's why we invented robots. Have you ever heard of any robotic nighclubs or robotic hotels?

I am inspired by your concern for the poor who have less than you do.

Some of these people just don't get enough rest, which is why they are so tired working at jobs we don't want. They have bad health and get sick a lot.

Some find cars or abandoned buildings to sleep in, because they don't like the shelters where it is smelly and noisy all night.

Some find help through different helping agencies or churches and get their own apartment or housing co-op.

Some can never be helped because their hearts are broken, and just need good people like you to help out in some small way.

Yes they must have somewhere to rest at night otherwise they would be just too tired to do any job.

Rephrase for goodness sake.
Your question doesn't make any sense.
