people at my school are calling me either a cutter,a vampire,goth,or emo...I'm none of those!(I swear)...do you think that's mean? (a kid called my name and said "do you recognize this" and he pulled back his sleeve and their were red lines going across his wrist!)

Either ignore them or surprise them with a crazy practical joke of your own , something harmless of course , like fake blood from the Halloween store
along with fangs . Have the fake blood in your mouth and just smile at them and laugh and walk away . That should get their attention and maybe it will show them you are cool enough to make friends . What ever you do ........

I do think it is mean. Do you perhaps dress in a goth-ish way at all? Or are you maybe a bit reserved, and people think you are a "loner"?

It is just people putting negative connotations on how you look or dress. Try not to let it bother you. If you are reacting in a certain way to what they say and they haven't stopped, then just try not reacting to them or try to react in an indifferent manner.
