Why not? Would you have thought only 3 years ago that the Tigers who lost 119 games would be in the World Series?

Good question. I am 45 so I should have another 35 years or so... In that time span going backwards 19 of the 30 major league teams have won the series at least once. Withthe economics of the DC area, new stadium, etc... it will not be a small market franchise with little spending power in the free agent arena. Given all this I would say yes, the odds are that they will... At least I hope so, I have season tickets! LOL
