I've already washed them once, just wondering how I can shrink them more

Well, like the other 2 who answered before I did, washing it in very very hot water and drying them in a very hot dryer. does the trick.
I have done those before and all I got was a washed up looking blouse. It looked so ugly and beaten up.
If you havent done that yet, get a good seamstress to take a few centimeters off the shoulders if it is a top, on the crotch if its a pair of pants. etc.Sleeves are also easy to reduce.
Then they are still worth wearing.

The only way is to wash them in very hot water and put them into a very hot dryer. Good luck!

Use hot water.
Put in the drier on High
Over dry!
If it is polyester or microfibre, it will not shrink!
