The News program I would say portrays the world news accurtrately is The 700 Club (Christian Broadcasting Network) becuase the hosts on the show tell the whole truth about what is happening all over the world and let you know that good events happen all over the World.

Anderson Cooper 360 & the PBS News Hour.
Neither of these programs have an "hidden agenda".
A news program that belongs to or is hosted by an organization with it's own agenda is neither open minded nor objective.
Anderson Cooper is not a political personality.
Doesn't need the money (he is the son of millionaire Gloria Vanderbilt).
He studied Vietnamese at the University of Hanoi.
He lived in South Africa in his truck.
He has not been loyal to any particular news gathering agency.
He wanted a Fact-Finding News Program that looked at situations from all points of view, not necessarily his own, and he had the means and ways of doing just that.
The Public Broadcast News Hours.
Public supported.
That should be enough said in itself.

I disagree.
Personally, I do not think there is a single news program that is without some sort of bias. Remember, news programs are not produced to share the news. News programs are produced to attract viewers which in turn drive up advertising costs during the program which in turn leads to profits to the owners of the news channels.
With that said, perhaps the most unbias news program would be the PBS News Hour. They are outside of the "advertisement $$" situation where they have to show a profit to stock holders.
Just my thoughts on your question and proposed answer.

Well, if you are really interested in world news, I would try different sources, programmes and newspapers from around the world....One example would be the BBC....British Broadcasting Corporation. It will give the international perspective that American news agencies will not, moreover, it will allow you to understand what people around the world feel about world events, how for example Europeans feel about North Korea or Iraq, about poverty in Africa or Crack babies in America. I would also try reading more extensively if I were you. The written press allows for more analysis. Television news cannot possibly devote the time necessary to understand most subjects thoroughly. Newspapers from around the world are now available on the Internet and allow one to gather information from a variety of different sources and therefore giving us an opportunity to make informed and educated decisions about the world around us. It is of utmost importance never to use just one source for information, as more often than not, we become too influenced and dependant on that one opinion and soon we cannot think for ourselves.

my opinion is if you want the facts that concern you is watch Brian Williams on abc. he does a wonderful job and seems to be unbiased unlike a lot of the news media today.
