Get plenty of rest (like the first person said), eat well, and try to calm down. If you are too nervous, you won't do as well so be confident in what you're doing. I don't know but taking a deep breath and focusing on just my routine helps (for me anyways).

What ^ she said and have a lite break fest if tryouts are in the morning and have a heavy one if it's in the afternoon. Try to fit a practice or two before you leave and more during the day if you can. And no matter what keep your head up and smile because if they don't like it they can shove off. Be cool, be confident and if you have to be conceded.
