I am 18, and I would like to learn some ways to speak more articulately, act more serious and maturely, and to move in a more fluid, graceful, feminine way. I am tired of walking, sitting, and digging change out of my pockets like a clod. I would also like to learn how to communicate better and come across as poised and intelligent. I am not trying to not "be myself", I would just like to IMPROVE myself. Thank you! =)

I agree w/taking ballet. And the tea serving thing sounds awesome too. Don't know how much it would help since I'm not familar w/ it enough to know.

Look into Toastmasters to help you be more articulate and present yourself well.

There are also image consultants out there, who could probably more ideas. I saw on TV once how celebs that are "rough around the edges" have worked with trainers, so to speak, to help them brush up on etiquette, etc.

What about charm schools?

And perhaps send a ltr in to Miss Manners also.

Graceful - by learning ballet or Japanese art of serving Tea, or Athelitic Gymnesium. Articulate - there are plenty of sites and books available to learn this - Try tongue twisters and practice these. Mature : When you are graceful and articulate you will mature automatically. Best of luck.
