My legs feel like I have been running all night. They feel tight and cramped. I have had my legs scanned for DVT.(neg). I am 34yrs and have been dealing with this for 1 1/2yrs. A small knot appears above my ankle when I cross my legs. Drs dont have a clue. I have had a massage therapist tell me its fibers around my mucsles. Please help.
Thanks

I started having cramps and pain in my right calf about nine years ago and did nothing about it, then in '04 the doctor did an arteriorgram and found a blocked artery, but by the time they tried to open it, it was too late. The site was calcified and would not open, however, the artery has rerouted itself and formed many blood vesicles to take its place. If I had had it corrected when it first started hurting, it would have saved me a lot of pain. I'm not saying that is your problem, but if I were you I would have that possibility checked just in case. I wish you well and God bless.

Autume... is correct. Could be vitamin or mineral deficiency. Also, get you a book on stretching and make sure you stretch your legs and body daily.

What have you done in the past week to casue tightness or cramps?? Packing, bending, kneeling, anything you can think of???
