Hey guys!!

I was just wondering how long Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo birth control pills are good for after their expiration date? For example, if the pills expire September 06 and I started them in the 2nd week of September, but it is running over into October....how effective do you think the pills still are? Thanks!! :)

Usually pills still work after the expirary date but, are not garenteed. If you want to take that risk, go ahead and take the pack. Chances are they will work but, what if they don't?

I'm a drug rep, I sell birth control pills. They are good for up to a year past the expiration date.

I personally wouldn't risk it.
