When my ex (first love) girlfriend first did it, we planned it. It was one of the worst experiences ever. No passion, no romance, just nervousness.
There were many, many times when we fooled around and came so close to just doing it, but didn't because we hadn't "done it yet". I wish during one of those hot fool around times that we would have just went all the way. That would have been really exciting.
After we finally did it, then it got alot better and more fun. Just don't plan it. Let the passion flow and then go with it. Just make sure your ready. Make the decision that your ready and to let it happen when it does.
And most importantly...USE PROTECTION.

there is not set time period. Do it when you feel you are ready and he is ready and it is the right thing to do. Dont ever do anything that you dont feel is right.
