I actually like Foster this week against Cincy. They have a horrible run defense AND Foster doesn't have to share the ball this week. He doesn't have to split with Williams because Williams is injured for about another month.
Seattle has a good run defense and Maroney has to share the ball.

Go with Foster I'm a Bengals fan and I'm telling you from personal expeirence that Foster will at least get 75 yds and a score if not more yards but, defintely a score not so much with Taylor whom I think is better but, Seattle is a deep squad also Maroney could have a break out week against the Bills which you be your High Risk High Reward of the week but, Foster is your safe bet so it depends on really do you feel lucky with Maroney or do you think that it will be a close match up with your opponent and take the safe bet with Foster it's up to you in the end good luck though

Maroney. He is the best rookie RB in the NFL and will have a huge game against the crappy Bills.

Foster, I'm not sure how many carries they plan on giving DeAngelo Williams though so take that into consideration.
