What is the difference between a natural gas dryer vs. a propane dryer?? Of course, the natural gar dryer uses natural gas for the energy but are there any differences as far as the connections???

Well of course you buy the dryer that uses the energy you have. But when you move, many times you don't have the connections you need.

They use different size orifices to meter the gas. They come
already designed for natural gas and if it works fine forget about
it. If you are going to use a Propane tank, then you have to
change a couple of parts that come in a kit or it will stain your
clothes from soot. Its not difficult if you are handy, but if not -
call your appliance tech and have him do it. The kit comes with
instructions.

Natural and propane dryers are made differently. Within a brand they'll have both propane and natural gas models. You buy depending on the type of gas you use. They are NOT interchangeable.

By the way.... gas is more efficient than electricity for drying clothes and is less costly.

The orifice (or "jet") in the manifold is a different size. That's all. They can be easily converted to run on either, and perform the same on both.

Limited knowledge--
however, the "nozzle" that the gas passes thru to your appliance is different-- your local gas supplier should be able to explain the difference.
good luck
