Often underarm stains are permanent. On colors, they bleach out the color. For whites, they have ususally been washed and dried several times while stained, thus "setting" the stain.
Your best bet is future prevention. I suggest wearing deodorant only and not antiperspirant. This is what I've been doing for most of my life, but during the rare times that I was using anti-perspirant, I noticed it was ruining my clothes (especially with liquid roll-on types).
The active ingredient in antiperspirant is aluminum-based, which brings up questions on its safety. It's natural and healthy to sweat, so why not just make it smell better than stopping it? That's my philosophy.

I had limited sucess with Spray and Wash. I sweat a lot while
I work and get sweat stains on other parts of the shirts. Sometimes you just have to get a new shirt. All shirts dont
stain the same. I only had this problem with one set of shirts.

Try a cheap shampoo to prewash. Shampoos are made to remove stuborn body oils. Just treat the stain with it and rub it a little before tossing it into the washer.
