The other boys don't "know how to act" because they're not homosexual. Like Justin Timberlake is. And the "sexy" is the sexiness that was lost in homosexuality, due to all the news about gay marriage it was toned down to a more boring relationship. Not like you used to see with the crazy homosexual club orgies. So he's bringing back that "sexy" as in he likes homosexual orgies.
And somehow this actually makes sense.
