Dreams, that is "night dreams" are vast in their dimensions. Senses are focused, metaphors & symbols can be incredible messages to things not always intellectualized, or realized, when we're awake. Over time, you can see patterns in your dreams (especially recurring dreams) that in retrospect define your changing self. You'll also discover recurring dreams STOP when you've gained insight, & come to resolution. But not all dreams are the hodge-podge of the day, as many people believe, nor are they necessarily messages--simply exciting, mysterious journeys. There are also "nonsense" dreams that relate to absolutely NOTHING. There are so many kinds of dreams! Books are written on "interpretations" of dreams, yet no one can interpret YOUR dreams. Dreaming is incredibly valuable to me, & scientifically--dream deprivation is NOT a good thing. We "need" them; they are part of the whole of us. When one realizes how important they are, at the beginning, it takes some discipline to remember & record them, best done. (when you start) in first person because this keeps us closer to the dream. & don't "edit"--just flow with images & feelings. There is a special "place" in my dreams that I like to return to, & you can truly learn how to do this. Oh dear, you got me started...guess I could have said: "Dreams mean different things to different people" yet there's so much more to them! Got more than you asked for, huh?

some people say dreams r from things that happened in the past or that r gonna happen . also it is ur conscience saying something
if you have a very deep dream it could be something your soul wants you to discover wich is ussually not obivous.
if your dreams are like a show, that they all fit together there must of been something that had happened in the past that you or a family member went through and you need to know about .

Have you ever thought it might all be a dream? Sleeping as well as the so called waking state? It might all be the same? Think about it, there may be very little difference! Or none at all!

Depends on the dreams, depends on the people. Context, Context, Context.
