Although he may have strong feelings for you, and really believes it will work, he still remembers all the pain and hurt that he went through seperating from his wife, no matter how long ago it was.

He's probably just trying to be careful, although, it's not really fair to you. Give him some space, and some time. But.. if he keeps putting off being in a steady relationship with you.. get out. There is no reason he should hurt you on his path of recovery.

Im confussed. Your dating ,and living together, and he tells you he loves you yet he doesnt want to commit? So does that mean he wants you and the girl down the street? Plus hun, he doesn't love you. Sorry to say that but he doesnt. Love is a strong feeling and from what your saying it sounds like he only wants a piece and somewhere to live. Still confussed though. Whats your question. If its just our opinion on the whole situation then this is my opinion. Give him a choice. Only you or anyone but you. Or since he doesnt want to commit start dating someone else as well. If your not commited you can do this and sooner or later he will voice his opinion and either tell you he doesnt want you to date anyone else and only be with him or you will find a great man willing to commit. Win win.

How can you guys live together, he tells you he loves you, but he's not ready for a commitment right now? So what does that mean, he still see's other people? You guys shouldn't live together if your both aren't ready to commit. Just sounds like heartbreak waiting to happen!

People move in with each other all the time that is really not a bad thing. I wouldn't want to marry hime if I was you. Just continue to grow and learn about each other if it is meant it is meant. You only been dating since March. Just wait to see what blooms. If two years you are asking this same question, then yes move on.

He's just not that into you to commit? Leave him. He may love you but it's never good if he still maintains contact with his ex. To me, it sounds like he wants to not commit to a serious relationship just yet but at the same time doesn't want to lose you by saying it. It's up to you whether you will let him drag you on.

he is playing you, because if he would realy love you and wanted to spend the rest of his life with him then he would commit right now, but if he likes you just now and he doesnt see himself being with you in the future then he is not gonna commit. u should leave because i dont think so he loves you the same as you love him...

tricky one, sounds like he maybe confused....sounds like he wants to be with you but wants to take things slow, but then again i don't know ya'll live together, maybe he's scared of saying he's commited he may have a fear of getting hurt. he doesn't sound like a bad person he was honest about the texts. ask him why he doesn't want to commit. good luck

just because someone loves you does not mean that they are ready to commit. Being that he was already married, maybe he's trying to be extra careful, you know, he wants to be extra sure and does not want to rush into anything.

He is confused. I can't imagine that he is living with you and he doesn't want to commit? What is his defintion of commitment? If he wants to see other people and live with you, it's time to let this one get away.
