Figure out if he is worth moving for, if the answer is no, then figure out how to raise your kids on your own. If you need to go back to school do that. Follow your dreams, not his.

Your options are:
a. go to where he is and live happily ever after
b. file for a divorce and get alimony and child support and live happily ever after.
c. tell him you'll wait for him, make him put money in your bank account with direct deposit, find yourself a boyfriend and live happily ever after.
d. wait, act confused and hurt, whine about it, feel bad about his absence, and always worry about what is going to happen.
For the sake of the kids, I recommend either a or b.

You have two choices go where he is and keep your family together or stay where you are and risk losing your husband. If you want to keep the family together then I would move, if not then divorce him and support yourself and the kids

my best advice for you is to go where he is...
you married him out of love why question it now. sometimes we got to understand that things aint always gonna go our way. with love comes sacrifices...you just got to ask yourself if you love him enough to give him what he wants and give up what you want...don't let him get away
