IMO- Conservatives. Prefer helping Big business over the middle class, Base there political view on Christian concepts. they tend to be lax when it comes to guaranteeing our personal freedoms. they try and legislate morality. not one in Washington can do that these days of any political affiliation. There tax cuts are not done in the right way. they are not concerned with the nation debt. they like to blame Clinton for EVERYTHING. He wasn't perfect but he is not the root of all evil, try some personal responsibility here. They want to cut all social services, Some liberals want to much for social services. they complain about flag burning, well change the law. it seems to me they have also forgot the concept of what a sovern Nation is, like it or not. That's some things that I think.
And they are way out of touch with your average American. i here some of the things they say and I can't believe that they live on the same planet as the rest of us.

conservative, I would guess, would come from the base word of conserve... so I think they want to keep things the way they are/have been...

also conserve funds and keep an eye on the "purse strings"...

this often seems to indude traditional ideas and standing up for the way things "have always been done"

but "webster" and the real world... are often two different things

Conservatives like low taxes, little gov't help, guns, and country music. Many are very smart, and believe in true capitolism.

My gf is a conservative, so I can speak from experience.
