Please stay at the Goa Tourism resorts spread all over Goa, which is the only budget accomodation in Goa with good food opportunity.
If you stay at Mapusa or Calangute you have the Family room options. You can book online and make a deposit through any UTI bank branch all over India.

Please stay in the Railways
retiring rooms, it will be safe
there.
They are quite cheap and food
is also very good. You can keep
your luggage in the cloak rooms
@Rs10/- per 24 hours, per item,
provided the luggage is locked
with a lock.
Moreover, you will get public transport
for all the important places.
It is cheap, safe and best.
