No I don't I think I've only reported someone twice.
Many people get bent out of shape because they think everyone on Yahoo Answers is trying to be helpful. They are not. If they ask a crazy question give them a crazy answer and enjoy your 2 points.

I'll report abuse when questions are in very bad taste. I like this web site and want to keep it honest. I'll report but not frequently. I've only reported one time.
However, I also hit the wrong key once and didn't mean to "report" anyone. I hope no one suffered for my slip up. Maybe other people new to the site do that by accident. If you know your question was in good taste, try again.

no, i cant stand when people report me, so why would i wanna make them feel the way i do when it happens. I do however, report child molesters and spam.
