I only like BBQ done like on a grill with the sauce kinda "cooked" on. I don't like drippy, messy BBQ sauce. Also, I only BBQ chicken, no ribs or anything like that.
Also, in Texas, they have the Mexican version of BBQ, called "barbacoa" which is actually a steamed pulled meat off the head of a cow. (I know it sounds kinda gross) but it's SOOOO good and SOOO tender..mmmm yummy.
