Serial killers almost always have severe mental illness.
Mental illness tends to affect different races differently! Whites are more prone (and men compared to women) to mental illness resulting in this kind of behavior.
Over time, as cultural differences between races lower, the proportion will begin to match the overall population.

You see on the American society, you can practically do whatever you feel like because this is america... So people started to develope sick ideas about what they could do .... Also I think that religion has something to do with it. A Hindu person would be pretty mad just to go out in a limp to kill a dozen people or so... idk about the religion thing but.... I think it is like that because most white people are raised in the kind of inviroment that effects them to be serial killers..

Essentially because they have killed off the African-American serial killer population for film and book rights.

First of all, you are incorrect on the percentage. Second, serial killing is not a race issue, it's a psychological issue.
