How to be a good trash talker?

I'm not all that good at trash talking when someone says something about me then i don't know really what to say. Are people naturally a good trash talker or do they always get trash talked on and they're just used to it? HELP ME OUT! plz

NOOO im not gonna do it to someone else i just wanna be prepared you know what im saying i aint that kinda person that just goes to people and talks like that this is just to back me up when someone tells me something so yeah this is important

Why stoop back down to their level and talk bad back to them. Their self esteem is so low that they probably feel they have to talk trash about others to make themselves feel better. But honestly, it doesn't work that way. They still feel bad inside.

You are better than that. Don't do it back to them. You know how it feels when people talk trash to you, don't do that to someone else, even if you want to make them feel the same way.

Be the better person and just walk away, it takes a better person to be that brave. You are a better person, You totally rock!
