1. x + y > 20
2. y = 3x (Then substitute)
3. x + 3x > 20
4. 4x > 20
5. x > 5
6. The first number is greater than 5. The range can also be written as (5,infinity) in interval notation.

A + B > 20
3b=a

a = 15 then b=5
so 'a' cannot be 15 so.. 18 to infinity.. or anything above 15 depending if you can use all intigers or just counting numbers

a = any number divisible by three from eighteen to infinity

call the first number x, so the second number is 3x
we have:
x + 3x > 20
=> 4x > 20
=> x > 5
