You can't make someone become something they're not or else it would be fake, unreal, and I'd guarantee you that you will laught at her when she starts acting bossy because it's silly.
Maybe she's just not the type.

Tell her that u want her to lay down the laws, and make sure she's bossy, and she can go anywhere she wants, without even asking u for permission.

Why do you want a girl who is more bossy?? she probably want you to be in charge, cause she might not feel comfortable with you yet, or doesn't feel like she can tell you what to do.

just tell her that she needs to take more controll. if you dont want to straight out tell her, u can flirt with another girl but dont be 2 risky. But, there is a chance with the flirting that she mgiht get mad @ u.
