In the center of the cell suspended in the cytoplasm. This is inside the cell membrane, and in a plant cell, also inside the cell wall.

Any where in the cytoplasm, could be in the middle or could be pushed close to the cell membrane as in muscle cells or in pseudostartified columnar epithilial tissue cells.

Somewhere inside the cell wall. It may be in the middle but not necessarily so.

wherever in the cell. if you want to draw it you should put it in the center, but it doesnt mean its always there.
