Post Office box rental information is subject to specific regulations.

If the box is rented to a business, you will be able to get more information than if it is rented to an individual.

Attorneys and law officers are able to get information if they provide the proper paper work.

The postmaster cannot tell you who is on the application to receive mail through a specific box unless it falls under the previous exceptions.

You might try doing a search of the DMM at USPS. COM for the exact regulations. Your only other option is to send the mail and see if it is returned.
