If you shave around there it could be razor burn. If it's "that time of the month" and you use pads, the pads can cause clogging of your pores, or sweating that irritates your skin. Try buying baby powder and apply it a couple times a day. Wash in the morning and at night with mild soap and water. Hope that helps!

Anything from Poison Ivy (what have YOU been doing in the wood?) to a flesh-eating bacteria.

More likely, you have some sort of contact dermatitis.
