Your boyfriend is being emotionally abusive. He treats you like dirt and the only time he's nice to you is when he wants sex. It's time to get out of the relationship, you deserve better than that.

This is a hard question to answer. You have a lot of speculation in the fields.
Do you have a child with this person?
Do you currently live with this person?
What ties do you have with this person?
If you don't have any of the above with this person, it will be much easier to leave. If you do live with him...do you have friends/family you can turn to who will take you in?
No one should ever be allowed to treat you with any disrespect.
Be upfront with this person, explain to him the same as you did here (with alittle more) :) and see where it goes. If he begs to have you stay, put him on a 30-day probation. If things don't improve, you're gone. If he laughs it off and doesn't think you'll go through with it, that should be the writing on the wall.
Good luck and keep you chin up!

Amen sister! Some guys just don't have the intellect to think with their brain instead of...well, u know. Anyways, it's pretty simple from my perspective. Just tell him that you don't need another father, and if all you wanted was some "sticky sweet" you could get it anywhere! Tell him that you want someone to stand BESIDE you in life, not a Dictator,a weasel, or just a booty call! Tell him to put his feelings where his wallet is and SIT on it if he can't treat you like an equal. Believe me sister, there are a lot of guys out there that want a partner in life, maybe he just wants to feel superior? If so, tell him to order take out for one! ;-)

Just leave him. Tell him how you feel, and then move on. I know its not that easy, and trust me, I know how you feel, bcuz my ex was like that, but I finally got the courage to leave him. You'll eventually find someone else who will treat you better, but if you are too busy staying with the "wrong" one, you'll never really meet Mr. Right!!!!
