Why did she claim discrimination?

When all the dectectives had to undergo psych evaluations she said she had a date with an ex-con... so the phyciatrist thought she slept with him. The department heads were afraid she was going to go crazy so the captain put her on desk duty. She then filed a lawsuit because she thought that this was discrimination. The Capt tried to talk her out of the lawsuit, and she said what she does offduty as a detective was only her business, and nobody elses. It wasn't like she was gonna kill herself or do anything stupid and he told her "risky sex is almost a loaded gun." She got really mad and that night she left her gun and badge in the Captains office, and Fin was there waiting because Jefferies didnt want to leave her gun and badge there alone. When Craigen stepped out of his office he realized Jefferies' desk was cleared off, and she was gone.

All the dectectives had to undergo psych evaluations and if i remember correctly she sleeps around alot, that's how she coped. The dept was afraid she was gonna snap and put her on desk duty. The Capt tried to talk to her to drop the suit and she said what she does offduty is her business, it wasn't like she was gonna kill herself or anything and he told her risky sex is almost a loaded gun. She got pissed and turned in her gun and badge. And we got Finn, who in my opinion is better any way.

Do not know but what i do know is my sister is going to be on the show in like 2weeks! She will be wearing a yellow fluffy robe!
