her blood pressure goes up and down at 148-120 and 120-56, she is not diabatic and anemic, any cure/answer please

I think your mother needs to see a doctor, preferably a cardiologist, if her pulse and and blood pressure are going up and down. What you describe could apply to hundreds of diseases, so take her to a hospital.
