i think it's pretty sh*tty how AOL trains their reps in customer retention BUT when a taped call gets onto nightline or or youtube whatever they ***FIRE*** the rep. poor rep. they're only doing what they were trained. that's freaking evil corporate b*llshit. shame on AOL!@#%&!!

I hate AOL in general. They can really screw up your computer. I have a friend that had to basically reconstruct their hard drive because AOL corrupted their computer so bad.

I work for a charter and they do the same thing to reps comany image is very important.
