Are there Any Race Tracks In Raleigh North Carolina That are free For pocket bike Or 4 Wheeler racing?

ive been looking for race tracks or a big parking lot that lets you race, but cant find them, anyone know any. so i can practice my new bike that am getting soon somewhere else than my neighborhood, which i can get ran over or hit someone by mistake or ran over somthing.

Unfortunately, you won't find any tracks that let you ride for free.

The reason -- the people who own the track have to pay for insurance -- in case you get run over or hit somebody!
