think are better? Many libs have answered that Cuba is better than this(USA), and how this country is so flawed. So why not move? I'm absolutely positive that the Conservatives of OUR country would donate to a charity group, specifically for LIBS WHO WANT TO LEAVE. One-way tickets only! That way they could never come back after they realize their foolishness. Who's for it?

jessup 15 - I can only surmise that since you did not READ the question, nor ANSWER the question, that it is you who is uninformed. And claiming that I am uneducated will only get you into a situation that your MOUTH got you into, and your a-s cannot possibly get you out of. 15 must be either age or IQ. I'll let others decide which.

Gaspode - I knew someone would answer with 'wait for the elections'. But you have missed something here. The libs speak badly about OUR COUNTRY. Not just what they blame on the Republicans. Why do you think we refer to them as unpatriotic?

I was born in the USA. I have lived in the USA all my life. I will die in the USA. I have just as much right to live here as you do. DON'T LIKE THAT? Then why don't you leave.
I just don't like what our current administration is doing to our country. I don't like that they are tearing this country apart. If you can't understand that Bush and company don't care about ANY of US, I can't help you.
I do not dislike the Cons. necessarily, most of them just seem to be rather ignorant of the world they live in. They seem like a spoiled lot of children, that throw a fit when they see they aren't getting their way.
If we all left then you would have no one to argue with. Then you'd just start picking on your own peers. Deciding who's more conservative, whispering to your neighbor, "Well, blah, blah, is not as conservative as blah, blah. Do you think we should report them to blah, blah?" Your neighbor would reply, "Yes, they are going on the list. Did you see what blah, blah was wearing today? Blah, blah, blah blah blah. And what's up with blah, blah? They haven't cut their lawn for 2 days. OMG."
We aren't going anywhere.

... what's funny is... I remember many Republicans wailing and crying under clinton... yet none of them moved... odd?

and I don't think Cuba is better... quite the opposite, I think the U.S. is the greatest nation... for now... but I want to remain ever vigilant and constantly striving to make things better... not just say "it's good enough".... the U.S. can never be "good enough" in my book... that's what makes it so great... the constant effort to get better... making the best even better...

thats all I want to do...

But most libs don't say anything about other countries being better than ours. Most liberals are just moral people looking out for the less fortunate. And most are trying to help our country first before any others. So, maybe you should do a little research and get your facts straight. You're obviously uneducated... but that's ok... the liberals are working on getting better and more schools for people like you.

Idiot, maybe if you had provided a URL link to where all these many libs said that Cuba was so great, you might have some credibility.

But you didn't, so you're as full of it as Rush, just like most so-called cons.

Many of the flaws will be fixed in a few weeks and an enormous flaw will be gone in 2008. No need to leave.

Why make it easy for people like you to subvert the principles our nation was founded on?

I love the ideals of the Declaration of Independence where it states that all men are endowed with the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I cherish the Constitutional notions of checks and balances. I worship the freedoms laid out in the Bill of Rights.

I say that if you love something or someone, then you are particularly concerned when that something or someone turns out to be broken or sick. When your child has a fever, you don't waste time bragging to everyone that he's an honor student, you take him to the doctor. And you don't accuse the doctor of hating your child when he points out that he has an infection. You thank the doctor, you get the prescription antibiotics, and you work hard to heal your child.

There's nothing wrong with pointing out America's problems. If you can't identify the problems, you can't begin to solve them.

Loving America means staying here and putting in the hard work needed to see America live up to her ideals, with or without the help of the "my way or the highway" crowd.

You might be surprised, you'd get more takers than you think. Of course, you'd love to exile those who disagree with you. Then you'd have more to go around, and less with whom to compete. Is that part of this picture?

Go ahead and start the fund. I'll wager it will not be properly administered. There will be corruption, and money will go in people's pockets instead of where it's supposed to go.

Likely we'll see some of you posting your support. But who wil put their money where their mouth is? I doubt a one of you will. You're all talk, and little action, except when it comes to protecting your own finances.
